As per New Jersey State Racing Regulations aka Chapter 62 our program will
operate under the following NJ State regulations:


§ 13:62-8.3 Safety requirements
Go-karts and personnel participating in races, practices, or
exhibitions of driving skill on any track or facility licensed by
the Superintendent shall comply with the World Karting
Association Technical Manual, incorporated by reference at
N.J.A.C. 13:62-8.2(a).

§ 13:62-8.4 Clothing requirements for all go-kart events
All participants shall wear safety clothing and a helmet and
neck support in compliance with Section 115 of the World
Karting Association Technical Manual incorporated by
reference at N.J.A.C. 13:62-8.2(a).

§ 13:62-8.5 Pit area operation prohibition
No go-karts shall be driven, under power, in the pit area.

We will be using the WKA rule book for
all technical matters related to the karting portion of the program.
